- Categories: Writing (500–600 words – Hindi/English), Poster Making (Handmade – Physical + Digital upload), Reel Making (30–60 sec, Vertical).

- ALL CATEGORIES): Volunteering | Youth Leadership | Nation Building | Social
- Responsibility | Civic Engagement.
- Eligibility: UG/PG students (Individual participation).
- One participant can join all categories.
- Registration nominal Fee: ₹39 per participant.
- Deadline Extended: 27th February 2026
- Only original content allowed. Plagiarism = Disqualification.

POSTER MAKING Objective
To encourage students to visually express the spirit,impact, and values of volunteering across social, environmental,educational, health civic,and community domains.
Format & Submission Guidelines:
- Medium: Hand-made poster on paper only
- Paper Size: A3 (preferred) or A2
- Language: English / Hindi
- Digital tools not allowed
- Submission Process (Mandatory – Both Modes)
- Physical submission of the poster
- Upload a clear photograph of the poster via the Google Form
REEL MAKING Objective:
To capture real stories, ideas, motivations, and creative narratives around volunteering through short-form digital storytelling.
Format & Submission Guidelines:
- Duration: 30–60 seconds
- Format: Vertical (9:16)
- Platform-friendly: Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
- Language: English / Hindi
- Original content only (no plagiarism)
- Submission Process: Upload reel via the Google Form link
WRITTING COMPITITION Guidelines:
- Format: Article / Essay
- Word Limit: 500–600 words
- Language: English or Hindi
- Mode of Submission: Text entry / File upload (as instructed below)
