ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
Haldia Institute of Technology (An Institute of ICARE, Haldia; approved by AICTE; affiliated to MAKAUT, Kolkata) began its journey in the year 1996. The Faculty Development Program (FDP) aims to strengthen the research capabilities of participants by fostering a culture of creativity, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving.
It seeks to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world applications by encouraging innovative approaches and entrepreneurial mindsets.
The program also focuses on equipping participants with the skills needed to translate research ideas into viable products, startups, or impactful solutions.
Ultimately, the FDP aspires to inspire educators and researchers to contribute meaningfully to economic and societal development through innovation-driven research
